It would be a neat feature to click on the “Talk Down” button to trigger the trouble output relay of the CHeKT bridge to energize a prerecorded message/siren driver.  The text to speech at times is not clear or too mechanical without enhancing the words.  Having the ability to click on the Talk Down, we could at least activate a siren to get the attention of the intruders.
