Accessing the Portal Activity Log: A Guide

Authorized Portal Users can now access a log of Bridge events that includes the Embedded Video Clips. 

  1. Navigate to the applicable customer account and select "Site Reports" and highlight "Activity Logs:" 

  3. Click the Date/Calendar to Open the time frame select

  5. Enter the desired Date/Time manually, or with the "quick select" time frames on the left side:

  7. A Detailed Readout of your selected time frame will generate. Any event that has an associated transmitted video clip will have an "event ID:"

  9. Expand any Event with Associated ID for more information, and to play the associated clip with the embedded video player:

  11. Click to Open the "Event Viewer"

    1. Just like our Monitoring Portal Interface, you can view the MP4 Video or snapshot, and toggle the "Alarm" and "Restoral" events.
