Adding an IP User to a Dealer Account
Authorized users have the option of adding an "IP user" account in their Dealer Portal. An IP user will allow access to the Dealer and Monitoring Portals without a username and password to connections sourced from the listed Public Domain.
Adding an IP user:
Click the Gear:
3 Click "Add" to Bring Up the User Add Window
4. With the Slider for "IP Login User" selected, enter the Public IP you wish to grant access (your current IP will be listed directly below the line), name the User and Click "create."
5. After Creating, the user will show on the list under the IP user heading:
Logins from the listed domain should now be authorized without a password.
