CHeKT Contact ID Library Overview

Info
What Is the Contact ID Library?
The CHeKT Contact ID Library enables the CHeKT cloud platform and The Video Control Panel hardware to transmit Contact ID alarm signals directly into your alarm automation platform. This integration provides enhanced auditing capabilities and expanded functionality across the CHeKT solution.

Why Does It Matter?
Using the Ademco Contact ID Library as its foundation, the CHeKT cloud communicates the following signal types into compatible alarm automation software platforms:
  1. Alarm Signals – Real-time alerts triggered by sensor, analytics, or API events
  2. System Message Signals – Status and operational updates from the CHeKT platform
  3. Trouble Information – Notifications related to system faults or connectivity issues
All signals are transmitted to the account number defined in the CHeKT cloud customer site details, ensuring signals are properly routed within your automation platform.
