CHeKT Monitoring Portal - Chrome Browser Requirement
The CHeKT Video Monitoring Portal is a web-based cloud platform, that allows remote video monitoring and alarm verification of one or multiple video streams. This enhanced remote video monitoring portal provides alarm center agents with a rich set of features and tools for viewing live video, event-based video, audio talk-down services, remote relay controls, video verification services, interactive maps and several other services. The CHeKT Video Monitoring Portal creates a consistent video viewing experience for agents, regardless of the brand of cameras or video systems on the monitored location. Due to the importance of creating a consistent and controlled experience for all operators and agents, CHeKT's development focused on supporting a single web browser for this experience.
The CHeKT Video Monitoring Portal is only supported on Google Chrome. Google Chrome's cross-platform support and consistency in HTML5 and CSS support ensure that all CHeKT customers, regardless of their OS environment and system architecture could enjoy the benefits of the CHeKT Solution.
