Unlock a unified operator experience with Alarm.com and CHeKT’s integrated video monitoring solution. Monitoring station operators can now view and respond to events from Alarm.com cameras (including proactive Video Analytics alerts and intrusion alarms) in the CHeKT Monitoring Portal. This integration streamlines workflows, reduces false alarms, and equips operators with advanced tools for fast, effective responses. In this article, we will walk you through how to Link Dealer Portal Accounts, Bind Customer Site Accounts, and Sync Devices and Emergency Contacts.

  1. Log in to the ADC Partner Portal.
  2. Hover over My Business, then click Integrations.

  3. In CHeKT, click Learn More.

  4. Click "Next"


  5. Click Link Accounts.

  6. Enter your CHeKT dealer login information, then click Log in.




Binding the Alarm.com customer account to a CHeKT site account

Notes
Prerequisites for Alarm.com Integration:  
1.All CHeKT VCPs must be running the latest CHeKT Firmware (Minimum 5.3.1.x)
2. Site must be "Disarmed" in CHeKT
3. Partitions must be enabled for the site

  1. Log in to the ADC Partner Portal.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. In Customer Information, click Bind to a Site ID.

  4. In Select a Method: 


    • Click Choose Existing CHeKT Site to link an existing CHeKT Site.
      1. Click Next.
      2. Use the Site Name or ID search field to find the associated CHeKT Site ID.
      3. Click Next.

    • Click Create New CHeKT Site to create a new CHeKT Site.
      1. Click Next.
      2. Use the CHeKT Monitoring Station dropdown menu to select a compatible CHeKT receiver.
      3. Click Create Site.

  5. Review the account integration information, then click Done.

Sync Emergency Contacts

Alarm.com emergency contacts can be synced with the CHeKT account once it is linked with the Alarm.com customer account.

  1. Log in to the ADC Partner Portal.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. In Customer Information, click the CHeKT Site ID number.

  4. Click Sync Emergency Contacts and wait for the Emergency Contact Sync - success message to appear.
