Dice Integration Setup Guide

The integration with Dice has two specific requirements.  Setting up a subscriber account to access CHeKT during an alarm, and  setting up the the DICE XML Receiver.



1. Setup CHeKT Video on a Subscriber Account

  • Go to Data Entry
  • Select the Add Ons Tab
  • Select the Video Data Entry Tab


  • Click the Add button at the bottom of the grid, this will give you a pop up to add a video type


  • Camera Type:URL Video
  • Type: CHeKT

  1. Save

2. Setup your XML Receiver in the CHeKT Dealer Portal.

  • Go to the Dealer Settings

  • Under Integration, Select XML Alarm Receiver
  • Press "Add" in the top right.

  • Select "Dice" as your Brand.

  • Name: Enter a name for your XML Receiver Setup.
  • Description: Enter a description for your XML Receiver Setup.
  • Enable: This must be checked to enable the receiver.
  • Public: If this is selected then other dealers can use this XML Receiver and select your account as their monitoring station.
  • Require Passkey: This will force another dealer to know this passkey if they need to use your account as their monitoring station
  • URL:  This is the address to your XML receiver provided by Dice.
  • Username: Username provided by Dice to connect to the XML Receiver. 
  • Password: Password provided by Dice.
