Activation Fee (One Time Fee, Per Site)
Site activation fee is a fee applied for the activation period. During the 30-day site activation period, a dealer will not be billed on any services they use. This allows dealers to properly test a site without paying for any video events or other site features. During this period dealers can decide on the appropriate service plan after the initial installation.

During this “Site Activation Period” we encourage dealers to thoroughly test sensors and ensure that the monitoring station is receiving video clips of what caused an alarm to occur.

Device Connection (Per Month, Per Device)
Device Connection The Bridge device connection fee is charged monthly per Bridge on a site. Each Bridge connection fee is the basic monthly fee when registered to a site. What CHeKT provides with this basic monthly service fee are:

- Live video of connected cameras per Bridge.
    - CKB304 – Up to four camera channels per Bridge.
    - CKB312 – Up to twelve camera channels per Bridge.
- Online/Offline Video Stream Supervision of Connected Cameras.
- Event Signals Communication of Alarms and Trouble Codes.
- Maintaining Connection between the Bridge, cameras, and the CHeKT cloud.
- End-User Mobile App Access.

Video Event Charges (Per Month, Per Site, Overcharges can Occur)
Dealers can choose event video clips from a range 0 to 2,000. The options are available in blocks of 1000 events. CHeKT doesn’t stop creating events even when the event exceeds the amount of the dealer has chosen. When events exceed the 1000 events more on the existing plan, the event overage will be billed at the beginning of next month, overage charge will be (check with your Central Station for pricing) per 1000 events.

When it hits the 70% (and 100%) of total amount of the event selected, the dealer will get an automatically generated email message from CHeKT, it is to help dealers to minimize any unexpected cost from overage event.

This enables a feature in the CHeKT Monitoring Portal that provides operators with the ability to talk down to a location using the CHeKT Bridge. This service allows for one-way audio down to all CHeKT Bridge devices on a site and requires the bridge hardware to be connected to an amplified speaker system. This service is a Text-To-Speech translator.
