Downloading Video Event Clips

Video event clips are stored in the CHeKT portal for 30 days.  If an event needs to be archived, authorized users can download Video Alarm Event clips from the CHeKT cloud.  Permissions are provided using the Permission Group settings of your dealer account.
Video Events can be downloaded from one of two areas:
  1. The Site Activity Log
  2. The Monitoring Portal

Downloading Events from the Activity Log:

3. If you click any of these records, an "Event Details" window will open.  In this window, you will see the details of the alarm trigger.  In addition, a link to view the video is povided.  Click the "Open Event Viewer" link:

4. Use the Download option in the event viewer.
