Download Video Event Clips

An authorized Monitoring Portal User can download an Alarm Event Clip directly from our Cloud Server to the Hard Drive of the local machine; here's how:

1. Access Video Monitoring Portal by pressing the "Monitoring Portal" button with the target customer selected:


2. Select the Video Event Clip and Click the "Download" button at the bottom of the window:


3. The Downloaded File will appear in MP4 Format in your Downloads Folder with the Date as the title:
