My Events Aren't Making it to My Emergency Contact Via SMS



1. Ensure the Recipient is listed as an "Emergency Contact" on the account. 
      -In the Dealer Portal, enter the General customer information page.
       -Under "Contacts," Ensure the user is listed here - 
   
            





   
      Enter the information for adding the contact; the slot number is just the user number on that account for record keeping.
      -Make sure to verify that Emergency Contact box is checked, and the leading Country Code (1 for US) is present in the phone number.
