Internet Speed and Network Scan Tools

Internet Speed Test

When accessing the Dealer Portal, navigate to the Tools Tab at the top:

You will automatically be brought to the Internet Speed Test tab

Select the bridge that you want to run the speed test for:

To start a test, click New Test in the top right:


Once the test has started, give it a few minutes to run and then the Download / Upload results will appear under the Column:



Network Scan

On the same Tools tab, select Network Scan:



Select the Bridge you want and select New Scan in the top right:



Once the scan is complete, all online devices connected to the same network as the bridge will appear below:



Warning
**Any device that shows "NO" under HTTP means it will not be able to be accessed remotely. Make sure the HTTP option is turned on within the Devices Web GUI**



Remote Access Management

Any IP Address that is Highlighted Blue can be remoted into by clicking on the IP Address
Under the Remote Access Management column, you can see every device that has been accessed remotely and how much time is left for the access. 
To disconnect the remote access, Click the check box beside the IP Address and then select Disconnect Remote Access

All Remote Access sessions come default with a 10 minute timer. Once the time is reached the Remote Access will be disconnected automatically.
