Setting up Dealer Notifications
CHeKT dealers can setup email notifications for their dealer account.
An email notification can be sent for the following items:
- Invoice Notification: Any person setup with the Invoice Notification will receive an email when a new CHeKT monthly service invoice is generated and past due.
- Event Notification: Any person setup with the Event Notification will receive an email when the dealer's customer site reaches 70% of the allotted
- Receiver Notification: Any person setup with the Receiver Notification will receive an email when the dealers receivers disconnects. If an alternate path is available the connection will flow into second path, but the notification will still be sent informing the disconnection of primary path.
- Ai Event Notification: Any person setup with the Dealer Ai Event Overage notification will receive an email when their account reaches 70% of the allotted events and 100% of the allotted Ai events.
- Monitoring Portal Direction: Any person setup with the MP Direction Status Change will receive an email when a new direction or an update is made to a site's monitoring portal direction.
- Site Plan Request: (For Monitoring Stations) Any person setup with the Site Plan Request notification will receive an email when a Sub-Dealer request a plan change to their dealer account or one of their site accounts.
To setup notifications:
1. Login to you dealer account at dealer.chekt.com
2. Go to your dealer settings.
3. Select "Notifications" under the Users & Groups section.
4. Press the "Add" button in the top right.
5. Add an email address of the person needing the notification and optional a mobile phone number.
6. Add Name (optional)
7. Select the notification type.
8. Press the "Create" button.
