Setting up Dealer Notifications

CHeKT dealers can configure email notifications for their dealer account.


Available Notification Types

MP Direction Status Change
Sent when a new direction is created or an existing direction is updated for a site's Monitoring Portal.

Site Plan Request (Monitoring Stations only)
Sent when a Sub-Dealer requests a plan change to a dealer account or one of their site accounts.

Event Notification
Sent when a dealer's customer site reaches 70% of its allotted events.

Invoice Notification
Sent when a new CHeKT monthly service invoice is generated or becomes past due.

Receiver Notification
Sent when a dealer's receiver disconnects. If an alternate path is available, the connection will fail over to the secondary path; however, the notification will still be sent to inform you of the primary path disconnection.

AI Event Notification
Sent when a dealer account reaches 70% of allotted events or 100% of allotted AI events.

Camera Analytics Supervision
Sent proactively when Camera Analytics Supervision is enabled on a site and cameras transition from Active to Dormant or Idle status. Learn more.


How to Set Up Notifications

  1. Log in to your dealer account at dealer.chekt.com.
  2. Navigate to Dealer Settings.
  3. Under the Users & Groups section, select Notifications.
  4. Click the Add button in the top-right corner. 
  5. Enter the email address of the person who should receive the notification. Optionally, enter a mobile phone number.
  6. Enter a Name (optional).
  7. Select the appropriate notification type.
  8. Click Create.
