The CHeKT Bridge Network Reset Button

The CHeKT Bridge Units come with a physical button designed to default the network configuration saved on that unit. The purpose of this button is to allow an installer to return the network parameters of that piece of hardware to the Factory Settings.
CKB304v2:
The reset button is located on the right side of the unit (just above the audio output) on the V2 Model:
CKB312v2 & CKB308:
Both the CKB312v2 & CKB308 models have the button located on the back, in between the Ethernet connection and the audio output:
CKB416v1
The CKB416v1 is unique compared to the CKB416v0 as it now has the ability to do a reset as well. Doing so is found on the right hand side of the device when looking at the status lights in the front.
How to reset the Bridge
When resetting the bridge you can watch the green light on the front panel of the bridge for an indication of when the bridge has begun the reset. The first 10 seconds is a slow blink with the green light once per second indicated in the image below. The next 10 seconds is a faster blink and it will go dark as well as the net light when the reset has finished.

To activate the reset sequence, hold the button for approximately 13 seconds, and release it. The window for the working time for the button is between ~ 11 seconds --> ~20 seconds; aiming at 13 seconds should be a comfortable medium. The bridge will react to the reset sequence ~ 5 seconds after release, at this time, you will see the lights cycle on the bridge, signifying a successful reset.

After the Reset
- The Bridge will lose any static IP information saved and return to the factory DHCP Setting
- Any Sub IP Settings will be removed
- The Bridge will retain registration information, such
as site enrollment or cameras connected*

If the defaulted (new) network settings no longer
grant access to a camera IP channel, it will need to be manually reconnected
using an accessible IP address. If the newly acquired settings still grant
local access to the IP of that device, the bridge should automatically
reconnect it within 5-10 minutes.
