Understanding CHeKT Appointments: Why They Are Necessary
The Appointments function is linked to our previous Dealer Application that is currently undergoing improvement.
In order for a technician to service a CHeKT bridge with the mobile app, an appointment must be created. This ensures the privacy of your clients and creates an audit trail during service. With the CHeKT platform technician can not view cameras without an appointment. If in the event a technician is released from employment with your company, you simply delete their account from the dealer portal and they will no longer have access to the CHeKT mobile app.
