Updating Bridge Firmware

Updating Bridge Firmware

Staying current on the latest firmware is important to ensure your Bridge is operating with the latest features and ensuring all know bugs are resolved.  Below are the directions for updating individual Bridge firmware and mass updating accounts.

Updating on Bridge Settings

1. Open the Bridge Settings:

2. If there is a newer firmware version available, you will see the "Available update" message. Click on the Firmware Version.

3. Select the "FW Update" option.

Dealers should anticipate the firmware update process taking between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on the download bandwidth available on the site.  If you notice the process taking longer, we advise you to allow the Bridge at least one hour before attempting a power cycle or reboot.

Updating on Dealer Reports: Multiple Sites

This option allows for the updating up to ten (10) bridges at a time. Please make sure all bridges are disarmed for the process.

1. Click on the "Reports" tab on the far left of the screen under the Customer and Dashboard icons.

2. From the "Reports" tab select the first option "Bridge Status".

3. Once selected a list of all sites in the dealer account should be displayed along with details regarding bridge model, name and current firmware status.

An option in the top right "Update All Selected Bridges" is available. Once we have selected the appropriate bridges for updating selecting this option will mass push the firmware updates to the selected bridges.
