Video Monitoring Portal - End User Verification

2. Steps from the CHeKT Monitoring Portal:

1. While viewing an Alarm event or Playback event, click on the "Verify Alarm" button.
   

1. Click the "Verify" Button to confirm.
   

1. Once you have done so, you will see user activity if they are "Checking" the event.  
   

"By default, users have 2 minutes to confirm the verification message response" The time length can be changed in your XML alarm code library."

 

1. If an end-user provides a response with-in to minutes you will see the response on your screen.
   

During this process the end-user sees this video on their phone like this, and can request a "Cancel" or "Dispatch"
