Viewing XML Logs

An authorized portal user can access the history of the XML transmission information in dealer settings. Here's how:

1. Open the "Settings" Option list by clicking the "Gear" Icon:

2. Select XML Alarm Receiver from integration menu

3. Then Click the View Receiver Log button on the top right:

4. Once you have the Log open, you can specify parameters such as customer name, account number, and event code and query by date:
