Where do I find the Bold Serial No or Reference Number?

The Bold Serial No. is the unique ID for every customer record in the Bold database.  This reference number is what links the Bold platform and the CHeKT Platform on the Action Pattern URL launch.  The serial number can be found to the right of the Customer Name on the view summary of a customer in Bold.  This picture is an example of where to find the information.
