Reviewing & Paying Monthly Dealer Invoices

CHeKT dealers are billed monthly for services.  At the beginning of each month, dealers will receive a notification (manage notificaitons), that the invoice for the previous month's services is ready for payment.  The invoice is due by the end of the month.  Payment can be made online or by mail.  All payment instructions are found on the invoice.  

Accessing and Reviewing Dealer Invoices:
1.  Login to you dealer account at dealer.chekt.com
2. Go to your dealer settings :


3. Select "Invoices" under the Billing section (items that require attention will display an issue number in red) 



4. Select "View Invoice" of the unpaid invoice.


          5. Click "Invoice Details" to review details  

         
Invoice details can also be download in a CSV spreadsheet formate.
            

6. Click the "Pay Now" to pay your invoices electronically online.
