Setting up Dealer Notifications

CHeKT dealers can setup email notifications for their dealer account.

An email notification can be sent for the following items:
  1. Invoice Notification: Any person setup with the Invoice Notification will receive an email when a new CHeKT monthly service invoice is generated and past due.
  2. Event Notification: Any person setup with the Event Notification will receive an email when the dealer's customer site reaches 70% of the allotted events and 100% of the allotted events.
  3. Receiver Notification: Any person setup with the Receiver Notification will receive an email when the dealers receivers disconnects. If an alternate path is available the connection will flow into second path, but the notification will still be sent informing the disconnection of primary path. 

To setup notifcations:

1.  Login to you dealer account at dealer.chekt.com
2. Go to your dealer settings.
3. Select "Notifications" under the Users & Groups section.
4. Press the "Add" button in the top right.



5. Add an email address of the person needing the notification.
6. Add Name (optional)
7. Select the notification type.
8. Press the "Create" button.
