CHeKT MicroKey Integration Setup Guide

The integration with MicroKey has two specific requirements.  Setting up an Action Plan and your XML Receiver.

1. Action Plan Setup: Follow these steps to setup your action plan.

2, Setup your XML Receiver:

SPA Setup->Receivers

  • Add a Receiver with 
  • Driver ID: 38 
  • Receiver: CHeKT 
  • Start: 0 
  • End: 13

IP Ports

  • IP Address: 127.0.0.1
  • Port: User Selectable
  • Receiver ID: CHeKT
  • Receiver Options: Company Defined
  • Driver Options: /Server /NoChecksum

Stop and Start SPA to activate.

3. Setup you XML Receiver in the CHeKT Dealer Portal.

  • Go to the Dealer Settings

  • Under Integration, Select XML Alarm Receiver
  • Press "Add" in the top right.

  • Select "MicroKey" as your Brand.

  • Name: Enter a name for your XML Receiver Setup.
  • Description: Enter a description for your XML Receiver Setup.
  • Enable: This must be checked to enable the receiver.
  • Public: If this is selected then other dealers can use this XML Receiver and select your account as their monitoring station.
  • Require Passkey: This will force another dealer to know this passkey if they need to use your account as their monitoring station.
  • URL:  This is your public IP and port information into you XML receiver. In the event you elect to use the CHeKT VPN server, a CHeKT support employee will need to provide this connection string. 
  • Heartbeat: In seconds, how often our cloud will need to send a heartbeat signal to your XML receiver.
