My Bold platform is opening the CHeKT portal but the browser does not load.

This can be caused by a few situations.

1. Bold is opening the portal in using their embedded Internet Explorer canvas.
   
1. Following these instructions for changing how Bold launches a URL
   
2. Open the Supervisor Workstation
   
3. Go to  Tools -> Options
   
4. Expand "System"
   
5. Select "Use External Browser for URL's"
   
6. Set this option to "Yes"
   
7. Save.
   

1. Chrome is not set as the computers default browser.
   
1. Follow these instructions to set Google Chrome as the default web browser.

2. The action pattern variables are not correct or the action pattern has not been assigned to the Events in "Event Actions Programming"
