Service Impact Notice - CHeKT Support

A service impact notice is a formal communication to inform CHeKT customers of an issue has been identified which may affect the performance, reliability, or behavior of a product or service they are using. It explains three things very clearly.

What happened
There is a problem, defect, or unexpected behavior that could impact service.

Who or what is affected
Specific devices, versions, services, or customer environments that may experience the issue.

What action is required
Steps dealers or users should take to prevent problems, fix them, or prepare for an upcoming update.
