Creating Dealer Level Audio Talk Down Messages
These directions detail how to create predefined audio messages for your sites.
Important Notes:
To manage Audio Messages on your sites go to: Site Details -> Audio Messages:
Make sure Audio Files and TTS are Enabled by clicking the "Edit" button on the right side.
You will also be able to edit the TTS Language, TTS voice style, Speed and Pitch.
Adding Audio Messages to your Dealer Account
1. In the bottom section in the "Messages" tab is where you will Add or Create your Audio Messages
- Click on the "Add" button on the right side:

2. Choose an Audio from our Dealer List:

3. Create you own custom Text To Speech (TTS) Message by typing into the provided box:
Creating a Playback File Via Upload allows you to upload a customers audio file to play.
4. Click on the "New File Upload" option in the submenu, under "add" :

Drag and Drop any Audio file (MP3, M4A and .Wav File Support)
Use the "Speak it" Function to test prior to completion:
Testing Audio Through Speakers
- Accessing the IP Speaker Tab allows you to test audio on specific Speakers that are mounted to your site:
Select IP Speaker to test:

Then select which Audio File to test by selecting the Audio and clicking Test Audio:

Once your Audio Files are added and tested, you can now create your Automation Rules to trigger your Audio Messages.
