Can a Panic or 24-Hour Zone be verified with CHeKT?
Yes, the Bridge can create video verification events with a panic button or any 24-Hour device that is triggered. Because the Bridge is designed to arm and disarm with the alarm panel to limit video events to when the alarm panel is armed, the default zone type for all channels is an "Instant" zone that follows the arming. For a panic or other 24-Hour zones, you will need to change the zone type on the Bridge to a "24-Hour" zone type. See how here.
Once this is completed your Bridge will create video verification any time this zone is triggered.
**Important Note: If you do not change the zone type to a 24-Hour zone the Bridge will not create a video event when the panic is triggered.
