Configuring your XML Alarm Library

Your default Contact ID alarm code settings for alarm signal integration can be customized for your dealer account. 
This is done on your "Dealer Settings -> Integration -> Alarm Library for XML Integration"
The default library is applied to all new customer sites as you add them. It is best to define these settings before you begin adding new customers.  The settings can be changed at any time and each customer account has an account level override for the dealer default settings.
Site settings can be adjusted by going to - "Site Settings -> Alarm Library -> CHeKT Defined Alarm Codes"

To modify your global dealer settings:
  1. Go to your Dealer Settings.


2. Select Alarm Library for XML Integration.
3. There are two sections to the Library.
When configured the Bridge will transmit these alarm codes to your central for each defined zone type when a triggered alarm occurs.  The triggered event can be from a physical trigger on one of the Digital Alarm Inputs or from a Virtual trigger from analytics from a supported camera.
  • CHeKT Defined Alarm Codes: The CHeKT Defined codes can only be enabled or disabled.  These are Alarm Codes sent to your central station automation software in the described condition. It is very important that these alarm ID codes are entered into your automation platform.
