Enabling The Talk Down Service Plan

Watch this video for instructions for enabling the Bridge Talk Down service. This service allows the installation company to use a local speaker system for audio talk down from the CHeKT Monitoring Portal


Steps to Enable TalkDown (For those who would rather read) 

1.Access Dealer Dashboard:
2. Select Pertinent Customer :
3. Access "Site Settings:"
4.Select "Service Plan" and click "Edit Service:" (Notice that Talk Down is currently Grayed out) 
(Note, if you cannot access this module, you may need to contact the central station that manages your CHeKT service and request the change)



5. Click the Enable Box in the Service plan edit and click "Save Changes:"
 

6. Verify "Say Something" is now available in the Monitoring Portal.
