Using The Audio Broadcast Service (CHeKT Talkdown)
In this guide we'll go over how to utilize the Audio Broadcast Service from The Monitoring Portal and The End-User App.
The Monitoring Portal
The Site Broadcast Button is located in the Live window of a camera stream, you can select the live stream directly from the matrix view or from an ongoing alarm event:
Select the preset Text To Speech Message or Audio file and click Send Audio Message.

You can also type a custom TTS in real time. To do so, you simply click on the Custom button at the top right corner , type your message and then click Send Audio Message.
You can activate a live talkdown message as well using the microphone on the computer. Simply click live, the start button, allow permissions and speak:

The End-User App
Site-wide Audio Broadcast can be activated from the application as well. Locate the megaphone on the top of the arming screen; press to activate the site-level broadcast:
Select the message you would like to send by pressing it:
Custom TTS and live voice is also available in the app.
For TTS, touch the Text option on the site audio broadcast menu, type the message and hit 
To use the Live Broadcast option, select Live from that same menu and hold the Mic Button to Talk:
