Video Monitoring Portal - Using the Audio Talk-Down Service

Pushing an audio message to a site:
Important Notes: 
  1. The Audio Talk-Down service for the site must be enabled.  Click here for directions.
  2. The Bridge must be installed and configured to connect to a local amplified speaker system. Click here for information.
  1. On any camera in the video monitoring portal, select the "Talk-Down" button.


  1. Select a "Predefined" message, type a custom message, or use the live recording feature when applicable.


  1. Press the "Send Audio Message" button.


  1. When "successful", you will see this message:
