Adding the Monitoring Station and Account Number to a CHeKT Customer Account
Before you can add a monitoring center to you customer account you need to configure your Monitoring Stations on the dealer settings. See how here.
Once this is completed and you have create a new customer account follow this steps.
1. On the customer account, select "Create the Monitoring Station
2. Select the Monitoring Station for this account. It is possible to configure more then one Monitoring Station used by your dealer.
3. Enter an account number for this customer. This account number is provided by the monitoring station and is also know as a Transmitter number.
4. Some Monitoring Station and automations will require a Reference ID. If you are unsure, check with you monitoring center. Sentinel and Bold integrations will always require this Reference ID. (The following automation software platforms do not support the Reference ID: MicroKey)
5. Press Add. Confirm you want to add the Monitoring Station.
6. The Monitoring Station is setup for this account.
