Integrating CHeKT with my central station software

CHeKT has developed a method of working with most central station automation platforms to automatically launch the CHeKT monitoring portal when an alarm signal is processed by an operator. 

There are two main areas of integration:
  • Alarm Processing
  • XML Signaling

Alarm Processing:

CHeKT leverages the dependability of an alarm panel the signal delivery of that alarm panel.  In order for this method to function, the central station will need to build an automated script that launches the following CHeKT URL with account specific variables:

XML Signaling:

Your Central Station Automation platform does not have to support an XML receiver to work with the CHeKT Video Monitoring platform, however, it is highly recommended.  With a CHeKT Bridge installed on a traditional alarm panel, XML integration is not required because the alarm panel will deliver the alarm signal the central station.

With XML integration we can provide the central station with detailed information about the CHeKT devices including device health and operator activity in the monitoring portal.  The CHeKT Bridge and cloud platform continually monitor the health, status and stream of all the devices on an account.  This allows your monitoring company to be made aware of any system trouble when they occur.  The XML integration allows all audit and login to be maintained in your automation platform alarm history on an account.
